All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure customers can monitor their package from dispatch to delivery. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Jasmine Palms LA is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or uncollected packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates, provide a secure delivery address, and contact the courier directly if any delivery issue occurs.

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. If an order is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
